1. Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging
- Not have been opened, tampered with, or used
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be accepted for return, except in the case of a defective or damaged product (see Section 5).
3. Exemptions from Right of Withdrawal
Under Swedish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at clients-ask@khunryonxol.world within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice and provide return instructions.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. In such cases, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
Original delivery costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned and the reason is not the customer's choice to withdraw.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Complaints and Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your return request, you may submit a complaint to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at www.arn.se or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
